(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a complaint dated 06.04.2023 (Annexure P-2) against the Station House Officer, Police Station Ajnala. The said person is harassing the petitioner at the behest of respondents No.4 to 8 on the pretext of investigating a complaint filed by the petitioner. However, no action has been taken against respondent No.3 till date. 2.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. 3.

Mr. Kamalpreet Bawa, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Three copies of the paper book be supplied to him during the course of the day.

Considering the nature of the order being passed no reply is necessary.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation dated 06.04.2023 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
