Learned State counsel has filed reply today in Court by way of affidavit of Dr. J.Ganesar, District Magistrate, Karnal accompanied by the report of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Karnal. The same is taken on record. In the report of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Karnal, the allegations mentioned in the petition have not been substantiated. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
