-- ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) Learned state counsel states that the alleged detenue has made statement before the Magistrate under Section 164 Cr.P.C that she had married Kishore son of Chhote Lal (respondent No.5). It is informed that FIR had been got registered in this case and they have sent a cancellation report.

Copy of the statement as well as zimini orders have been placed on record.

The girl is major. No direction are required to be passed. The petition stands disposed of.
