Mamli, learned counsel for the petitioner that the mother and father of the girl Nisha Bhardwaj wants to talk to her and had assured that nothing untoward would happen. On asking, the girl has shown her willingness to talk to her parents. Thus, right in the Court, the parents have been allowed to talk to their daughter.

#  !$   %&'()"    File taken up after interaction with the girl namely Nisha Bhardwaj in the chambers of the undersigned and after she had a talk over the matter with her parents and she has made statement before this Court that she wants to accompany her husband namely Sandeep who is present in the Court today.  Faced with this situation, on the instructions of parents of Nisha Bhardwaj, Mr.R.S. Mamli has made statement that they do not want to pursue the matter any further and have assured that they would not take the law in their own hands. Mr. Mamli and so the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition however, reserving his right to invoke jurisdiction of the Court if the need so arises.
