R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed the report of the District Magistrate, Kurukshetra alongwith enquiry report (Annexure R-1) and the same is taken on record.

It is submitted that as per enquiry report, the alleged detenues were not found as bonded labourers. It is further submitted that the detenues have left the brick-kiln and the administration also facilitated their return to their respective places.
