Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of orders passed in CWP No.3708 of 2019 filed by the petitioner, order dated 11.12.2020 has been passed by the respondents whereby petitioner has been adjusted on the post of Extension Lecturer w.e.f. 14.03.2019. It is, therefore, submitted that present writ petition is rendered infructuous. Photocopy of order dated 11.12.2020, produced in Court today, is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. ( LISA GILL ) May 05 , 2022.
