SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 01.09.2023 (P-1) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonepat, whereby the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to face trial in case FIR No.228 dated 09.07.2021 under Sections 323, 324, 326, 506 read with Section 34 IPC registered at Police Station, Murthal, Sonepat, and order dated 19.04.2025 (P-2) passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat whereby the revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
