LISA GILL, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed for setting aside decision dated 16.10.2015 passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Rohtak. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliatioin Centre of this Court on 12.04.2016. Petition under Section 13- B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has since been allowed. It is, thus, submitted that this petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
