Mr. Vikas Bali, Advocate for respondent No.1. *** NIDHI GUPTA, J (Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.1-landlord submits that his statement, to the effect that respondent-landlord has made statement before the Ld. Rent Controller that he will withdraw the rent petition with the liberty to file fresh one with better particulars, be recorded. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that final order to this effect has not been passed by the learned Rent Controller, as vide order dated 12.07.2022, this Court has granted stay of the operation of the impugned order.

Accordingly, on abovesaid undertaking of the landlord, interim stay granted vide order dated 12.07.2022 is vacated. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-landlord, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not press the present petitions.

Disposed of in terms of the statement made by the respondent-landlord.

Needless to say that respondent-landlord is bound by the statement made before this Court.
