Advocate General, Punjab *** G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the written statement majority of the relief like arrears of gratuity, increments in the new pay scale as well as in the old pay scale and leave encashment had been granted. The petitioner is also getting the pension at the revised rate. Counsel further submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to file representation for any other benefit left out. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file representation for any other benefit for which he is legally entitled to before the competent authority. If any such representation is made within two months, it is expected that the competent authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of its submission.
