(ORAL) Prayer in this 2nd petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 277 dated 15.08.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 452, 458, 326, 307, 354C, 308, 365, 379B, 201, 376(2), 511 and 506 IPC at Police Station Israna, District Panipat.

Status report dated 13.07.2024 filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Sandeep Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ, Panipat on behalf of respondent-State is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 12.07.2024, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 05 months and 20 days.
