As per report of the Mediator, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. Settlement/agreement dated 13.03.2018 is attached with this file. The petitioner has agreed to accept the decree of divorce granted in favour of the respondent on 05.09.2017.

A demand draft for a sum of `5,25,000/- in terms of the compromise between the parties has been handed over to the petitioner, who is present in Court duly identified by her counsel. Photocopy of the same is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

The petitioner submits that she has accepted the divorce granted in Omkar Singh 2018.04.18 11:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

CRR(F) No.69 of 2016 -2favour of the respondent on 05.09.2017 and undertakes to withdraw FAO No.6452 of 2017 filed by her, which is pending for 16.05.2018. She further undertakes to facilitate the quashing of FIR No.341 dated 26.12.2012 under Sections 406/498A IPC, Police Station City Barnala. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
