**** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.0085 dated 26.08.2022, registered under section 306 IPC at police station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.
The petitioners before this Court are the mother, father and brother of the husband of the deceased.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were nowhere involved in the said incident of suicide allegedly committed by daughter-in-law/sister-in-law as the deceased was residing with her husband in the same house separately.
Learned counsel submits that the allegations against the petitioners are general in nature and it can be a case of over-implication. I have considered the submissions.
