Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition, but liberty may be granted to file a fresh application for parole after giving better and correct particulars including the place he proposes to visit and reside in, during the parole. In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
