Mr. SK Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. PS Kanwar, Advocate, for respondent nos. 4 & 5 Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Parneet Kaur alleged detenue daughter of Harjinder Singh who claims to be aged 19 years accompanied by her mother has come present before the Court and has made statement that she has been cheated into this alliance by deception and she is not willing to accompany petitioner Aakash Verma and has shown her resolve to live with her family. Faced with this situation petitioner Aakash Verma and his counsel have made statement that they wish to withdraw the present petition reserving the right of the petitioner to invoke appropriate forum, if need so arises.
