(ORAL) Instant criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to get released the detenue, namely, Rajinder Kumar from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 6 and to appoint the warrant officer to get released the detenue and also to issue a roving writ to locate the detenue and set him free along with his belongings.

In pursuance of order dated 19.03.2015, report of Warrant Officer has been received. As per report of the Warrant Officer alleged detenue was not found detained at the spot.

In view of report of the Warrant Officer, present petition has been rendered infructous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
