Petitioners have approached this Court alleging violation of direction dated 29.01.2025, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ Court. 2.

State counsel has filed the compliance report by way of affidavit of the Secretary to Government of Haryana, Forest and Wildlife Department, Chandigarh, on behalf of the respondent, which is taken on record. By inviting attention of this Court to para No.4 of the compliance report, he states that speaking orders, Annexures R-1 to R-12, have been passed in compliance of direction dated 29.01.2025, Annexure P-1.

In view of the above development, no contempt is made out. 4.

Contempt petition is dismissed.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to assail the said orders, if so advised, in accordance with law.
