(Oral) The challenge in the instant petition is to the order dated 21.12.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Mansa, Punjab whereby an application preferred under Section 319 of Cr.P.C on behalf of the petitioner was dismissed. It is not in dispute that, during the pendency of the present petition, the trial has culminated and the judgment of conviction has been passed on 01.03.2019 by Additional Sessions Judge/JSC, Mansa. Therefore, keeping in view the dicta of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 'Sukhpal Singh Khaira versus State of Punjab' 2022 Live Law (SC) 1009'; no further orders are called for in the present petition.

Dismissed accordingly.
