**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0043 dated 10.5.2017, registered under Sections 363, 366-A IPC (offence under Sections 376, 342, 107 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act added later on), Police Station Kotfatta, District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has not appeared before the Court. The mater has been adjourned twice, the petitioner has failed to appear before the trial Court. In view of this, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail.

The petition is dismissed.
