HARI PAL VERMA J.(Oral) Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Sukhwinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.
Para 7 of the reply reads as under :- "7.
That Deepak Singh s/o Gulzar Singh r/o Havalian District Tarn Taran, was arrested on 16.3.2015 and recovery of 100 gm intoxicant powder was effected from his possession and to this effect FIR No.38 dated 16.3.2015 u/s 22 NDPS Act, P.S. Bhikhiwind was registered against Deepak Singh."
In view of the above, no action is required to be taken in the present petition.
The petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
