AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Challenge in present writ petition is to the appointment order dated 28.08.2018 (Annexure P-1) whereby respondents no.4 and 5, daughter-in-law of one Anganwari worker namely Vodhotima Devi Mishra, have been appointed on the post of Anganwari Helper. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance to the application called for the posts of Anganwari Worker and Anganwari Helpers in January 2018, petitioner applied for the same having fulfilled the requisite terms and conditions and interview was also conducted. Attention of this Court has been drawn to the selection list, Annexure P-1 pointing out that two daughters-in-law of one Anganwari worker have been appointed. The husband of petitioner is 100% handicap and in dire need of job. The petitioner is stated to have submitted a representation dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-2) but no action has been taken so far. CWP No.15909 of 2019 {2} I have heard learned counsel for petitioner, appraised the paper book and of view that there is no force and merit in the submissions of Mr. Kaushik.
No explanation has come forth in not challenging the selection of August 2018 with promptitude, almost one year has gone. By making assertion that respondents no.4 and 5 cannot be appointed, there is no bar. I do not find any irrationality in the absence of any specific malafide allegation.
No ground for interference is made out.
