(Oral) The instant revision petition has been preferred by the petitioners against the judgment dated 28.04.2017, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, vide which the appeal filed by the respondent - State has been allowed and the judgment dated 26.03.2015, passed by learned trial Court has been set-aside and the case was remanded back to learned trial Court with a direction to decide the case afresh after recording the statements of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present revision petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as withdrawn.
