Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners have prayed a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to transfer the tubewell connection bearing account No.J-557 in the name of his son Sucha Singh. He submits that application Annexure P/7 was submitted on 17.6.2011.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case application is still pending, same shall be considered by respondent No.3 by passing a speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
