The present petition has been filed for quashing of Bye Laws No.22(9) of Haryana Municipal Advertisement (Amendment) Bye Laws, 2025 (Annexure P-7).

After arguing for some time, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that before the hearing of the writ petition, Annexure P-7, which is the draft notification dated 25.09.2025 has already been finalized. Hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed with liberty to challenge the said notification on all the permissible grounds.
