Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for release of detenue allegedly detained at brick kiln owned by respondent No.4.

Learned State counsel seeks to file reply by way of affidavit of Kamal Kishore Yadav, Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar. According to her, all the labourers have been released from brick kiln. None of them is in illegal detention at present.

In view of above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary.

Disposed of.
