(Oral) Today alleged detenue Rani Kaur has been produced in the Court under the escort of SI Bhupinder Kaur, SHO, Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor along with ASI Mangal Singh who has been identified by police officials as well as counsel for the two sides. The girl on the asking of the Court has told the Court that she has undergone marriage with respondent no. 5-Gurminder Singh @ Gori and now wants to accompany him being his legally wedded wife.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, has made statement withdrawing the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
