(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents No. 3 to 5 to forward the Revision Petition of the petitioner dated 24.05.2022 (Annexure P-8) to the revisionary authority-respondent No.2, without delay, which has been withheld till date by respondent No.5 and has not forwarded to respondents No.3 & 4 for further forwarding to respondent No.2; along with certain other prayers.

Mr. S. K. Sharma, Sr. Panel Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-UOI and submits that the revision petition of the petitioner shall be decided by the competent authority within a period of six weeks.
