(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the order of placement of Scientific Cadre Officer dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure P-1), vide which the petitioner has been transferred from DDGN SECTT, Chandigarh to HJKBO, J&K; as also seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow to continue the petitioner at his present place of posting, i.e. Chandigarh.

Pursuant to the previous order dated 20.04.2021, learned counsel for the respondents has shown a letter dated 14.07.2022 to the effect that the employee named by the petitioner, namely Shri D.K.Singla will be considered for transfer out from the present place of posting in the next rotational transfer. Learned counsel has also submitted that till the next rotational transfer, the petitioner will also remain posted at the VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2022.08.05 10:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
