(ORAL) Through instant revision under Section 401 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 08.05.2017 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat, whereby application filed by Economic Cell, Sonepat, for discharge of the petitioner has been dismissed. Both the sides are ad idem that impugned order dated 08.05.2017 may be set aside with direction to the trial Court to consider the discharge report and final report earlier filed by the police under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. against the petitioner and his co-accused at the time of framing of charge.
