The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

2. State counsel has opposed the present petition.

3. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is already in custody for the last 08 months, as such he would be contended and satisfied if the trial is expedited.

4. Given the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2021 as per paragraph 4 of the order dated 19.05.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, the trial Court try to complete the trial on or before 31.07.2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not seek any adjournment. In case, the petitioner seeks any adjournment, then this order shall be recalled under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. without any further reference to this Court.
