(Oral) Today Kajalpreet Kaur has appeared on her own before this Court and has made statement that she is Graduate and is 21 years of age and has voluntarily undergone marriage with petitioner Sukhjinder Singh and with whom she is residing and wishes to reside with him though respondent no. 5-Harjeet Kaur has shown her displeasure over this relationship between her daughter and petitioner Sukhjinder Singh who has made statement that she would not interfere in their relationship and they are free to do whatever they like and that she snaps her relationship with her daughter. The girl has gone with the petitioner from the Court itself. Criminal Writ Petition No. 1042 of 2016 -2Since the alleged detenue is not under illegal detention of respondent no. 5, nothing survives in this petition and the same stands dismissed.
