**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner participated for the post of Male Constable, pursuant to advertisement dated 16.04.2018 (P-1) under BCB category and he has secured 53.80 marks and the last candidate under BCB category has also secured 53.80 marks.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Commission to treat this petition as representation and consider the case of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders.
