******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed by petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 141 dated 04.03.2002, registered at Police Station Sadar Muktsar for offences punishable under Sections 379/420/467/468/471/506/120-B of Indian Penal Code.

Learned State counsel submits that cancellation report has been prepared in this case but the same could not be filed as complainant was not coming forward and will be filed in due course. None has appeared for the petitioners.

As the police has prepared the cancellation report, petitioners appear to have lost their interest in pursuing this petition. Dismissed.
