CRWP No.105 of 2016 -2and her husband had some dispute regarding a plot with Ranjit Singh. It was transpired that husband of the petitioner/complainant is still present at his house and on 14.01.2016, he was seen by people while he was present in Gurudwara Sahib of village. It is also stated that statements of so many villagers are also placed on record. In view of the reply, I find that detenue Satnam Singh husband of the petitioner is residing in the village and he was seen by the villagers while doing sewa in the Gurudwara Sahib and he has not been illegally detained.

In view of the above discussion, no further action is required in the present criminal writ petition and therefore, the same stands disposed of accordingly.
