The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 05.05.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barnalain, in FIR No. 17 dated 07.02.2023 under Section 22 and 29 of the NDPS, registered at Police Station P.S. Barnala, vide which the application filed by the petitioner for seeking directions to the investigating officer for re-sending the sample taken from alleged recovery of contraband for reexamination from any Central Laboratory except Regional Testing Forensic Science Laboratory, Bathinda, Punjab, has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the averments made in the affidavit filed in CRM-M-33601-2023, the revision PARUL 2024.04.02 13:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petition does not survive, however, he prays that directions be issued that
