Challenge in the present writ petition is to the acquisition of land, for which, notifications under Sections 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short, 'the 1894 Act') were issued on 14.03.2012 and 31.01.2013, respectively and the award was announced by the Land Acquisition Collector on 22.04.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition had already been gone into by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.8439 of 2013 titled as "Simbhu Dayal V/s State of Haryana and others" decided on 11.12.2015 and the same was dismissed.
