The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent No.2 to issue them registration certificate of Pharmacist. 2.
The petitioners are claiming that they have filed applications before respondent seeking registration as Pharmacist. The applications are pending for almost six months.
