(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 119 dated 25.02.2022 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 201, 120-B IPC and Section 25(1b)(a) of the Arms Act, at P.S. Pataudi, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
