This petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.243 dated 16.05.2015 under Sections 307, 452, 195-A, 120-B, 201 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station, Sadar Panipat, District Panipat.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
