(ORAL) This revision is preferred under Section 227 of Constitution of India challenging the order dated 27.5.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Sangrur, vide which the application filed by the petitioner for interim custody of minor Sehaj Saini and Ekam Saini during summer vacations, was dismissed.

Reply filed by the respondent is taken on record. At this stage, both the counsel have agreed that the Civil Court at Sangrur, where the petition under Section 7 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act is pending, may be directed to decide the said petition within four months by giving equal opportunity to both the parties.
