Counsel for the petitioners submits that aforesaid private respondents No.4 to 6 have threatened to cause harm to both the petitioners and in this regard, representation dated 24.05.2024 (Annexure P-4) was given to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana but till date no action has been taken by the concerned authority in this regard. 3.

Notice of motion.

In view of above, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with direction to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to consider representation dated 24.05.2024 (Annexure P-4) and to take action if so warranted in accordance with law. 6.

However, any observations made in this order will not be construed as an expression of opinion on the validity of the marriage of the petitioners. In case the petitioners have committed any offence, law will take its own course.
