PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Reply on behalf of State, filed in Court today, is taken on record.

Instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for grant of emergency parole to the petitioner to attend the marriage of his sister fixed for 02.05.2015. Heard.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner shall be taken to the place of marriage of his sister, mentioned in the marriage card on record, on 02.05.2015 in custody and shall be put back in jail on 03.05.2015. The police officials accompanying the petitioner will preferably be in civil clothes.

Disposed of.
