Counsel for accused-respondent No. 2 states on bar on instrucƟons that accused has voluntarily complied with in leƩer and spirit all the direcƟons given in order dated 01.08.2022 and the present peƟƟon is frivolous. He further submits that the trial is now at evidence stage and it is the complainant, who is delaying the trial and in case, he is so honest about his allegaƟons then why is he delaying the trial. He has also refered to Annexures P-4 and P-5.

Given above, no case for recalling of the order is made out and the present peƟƟon is disposed of. It is clarified that accused-respondent No. 2 to hand over the complainant's counsel the current address of the accused and also the photocopy of the first page of the passbook of his bank account within 15 days. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
