2 $#)% The petitioner is challenging judgment dated 03.08.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur vide which respondents No. 1 and 2 have been acquitted and judgment dated 12.10.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur vide which the appeal filed by the State of Punjab has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the dispute stands settled between the parties.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
