Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the print out of unedited version of the petition was taken out, in which the pleadings were not completely mentioned. However, in the later version, which was properly saved, complete pleadings were mentioned and at the time of putting signatures, she missed the fact. She submits that she be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one after mentioning complete averments. Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with a clarification that since there is no adjudication on merits, as such, the grounds and admissions taken in the petition as well as filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner in any manner, in case the petitioner files a fresh petition in accordance with law.
