(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondents no.3 and 5 to pay minimum wages to the petitioner alongwith arrears, instead of fixed salary of ₹1,000 per month. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period. 3.
Notice of motion.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the same will be considered by respondent no.2/Director, Elementary Education, in the light of judgment dated 20.02.2019 passed by the Division Bench in LPA-1273-2018 and other connected matters titled State of Haryana and others v. Devender by passing a PAYAL 2025.05.09 14:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
