On 09.07.2025 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even today the case has been called twice since morning, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.
