Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had been serving as a Principal in Government College, Kharkhoda, Sonipat. He was served with a charge-sheet on 18.6.2018 and during the pendency of inquiry, he retired on 30.6.2019. Learned counsel has further submitted that he has now come to know that on the basis of inquiry report all the charges have been dropped vide order dated 17.7.2020, which has now been communicated to him on 12.9.2020. It has been submitted that on account of the pendency of the inquiry his retiral due have not been released to him to which he is duly entitled. Learned counsel has submitted that at this stage, he would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondent No.3-Director General, Higher Education GAURAV SOROT 2020.09.16 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CWP-14594-2020 Department Haryana, Panchkula to consider and decide his representation dated 25.7.2020 (Annexure P-11) wherein he has made a specific prayer for release of his retiral dues. He has further submitted that the respondent may also be directed to furnish a copy of inquiry report to him. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3-Director General, Higher Education Department Haryana, Panchkula to look into the matter and to dispose off the representation dated 25.7.2020 (Annexure P-11) in accordance with law and to pass a speaking order as regards the release of retiral dues to the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from today. In case anything is found due to be paid to the petitioner, the same be paid to him within 3 months thereafter. It is further directed that a copy of the inquiry report be furnished to the petitioner forthwith. 3.

A copy of this order be sent to the respondent No.3-Director General, Higher Education Department Haryana, Panchkula along with copy of representation (Annexure P-11) so as to enable him to do the needful at the earliest.
