       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.124 dated 18.06.2021, registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 365, 342, 336, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on), and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Kathunangal, District Amritsar.

Vide order dated 16.08.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
