Since 29.08.2022 the case has been adjourned on seven different occasions on the request of the counsel for the appellant. Today the case has been called and passed over twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Though an adjournment slip has been circulated on behalf of the counsel for the appellant, however, no one has come present to press the said adjournment slip. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
